No compromise on abusers

Share post:

AS A PARENT of two young children ages 11 and 13 years, it’s of great concern to me that there are men walking around free who have sexually molested children, have been charged and are still doing it.

Some of us parents have been allowing these types of perverted people, the lawyers and their families to settle these matters out of court, for the sake of money.

The excuse some of us as parents make is to say we are protecting our child from shame.

When parents allow these perverted people to go free, we are allowing them to go and do the same thing to another child.

Can that money take away the psychological pain that some of these children grow up with having to see the culprit on the street or near their home?

When these molested children become adults and marry, if they do, it would be better for them to let their spouses know.

To protect our children from these perverts the police, officers of the court and social workers should never allow justice to be compromised.

Money should not be a factor in judgement. The charge and the identity of the perverted person(s) should be known to the public.

However the identity of the child should be protected, hence there should be closed court hearings.
