The 2009 People’s Monarch mustered only 22 per cent of overall votes, while Mr Dale amassed 78 per cent.Either former People’s Monarch Mr Dale or the reigning Party Monarch Blood will be $25 000 richer today when the winner is announced at 2:30 p.m.
