THE MIGHTY GABBY returned to competition after a two-year hiatus to snatch the 2010 Pic-O-De-Crop monarchy at Kensington Oval.On announcement of his victory around 12:58 this morning, Anthony Gabby Carter took to the stage to perform Haiti before being presented with the winner’s trophy by Acting Prime Minister Freundel Stuart, and later, the keys to his new fully loaded Ford Focus car.
