MARTIN NURSE smashed a century to give Banks a 25-run first innings lead against Dover on a rain-shortened day.Banks resumed their innings from an overweek score of 26 without loss and batted very cautiously. The belligerent Nurse managed only five boundaries in his half-century but blossomed later in the innings.Despite being dropped twice, Nurse went on to score 101 before he was caught at mid-off. He struck 12 fours and two sixes and was very severe on spinner Jamal Phillips who bowled three overs for 35 runs.Off-spinner Daley Hurley bowled with a lot of control but finished with only one wicket. He suffered the disappointment of seeing Nurse being dropped off him very early in his innings and later at long-off. It was veteran Vibert Greene that took the wicket of Nurse and also had Kofi Hurdle leg before wicket.Overweek batsman Jamal Phillips made 26, while wicketkeeper Renaldo Holder was unbeaten on ten and Anderson Sealy on 12.
