KINGSTON – Minister of Health Rudy Spencer has ordered an immediate review of the security arrangements at the Bustamante Hospital For Children after armed robbers invaded the hospital and robbed staff at gunpoint.Police have confirmed that thieves entered the hospital on Thursday night about 8:30 p.m. and robbed the staff of cash and a cellphone.No one was hurt in the incident.“I am saddened by this callous attack and hope that the perpetrators will be caught and brought to justice. I am extremely happy however that no one was physically harmed during the incident,” Spencer said. He said counselling has been arranged for the traumatised staff. (Jamaica Observer)
