Stumped over smoking ban

I AM STILL MYSTIFIED over the proposed prohibition of smoking in public and I am compelled to ask the legislature a few questions.

What if a motorist is seen smoking alone in his vehicle while on our roads?

What if I’m alone on our beach around 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. and smoking a legally imported brand?

Since globalisation has married economies of all sizes and we are addicted to the tourism dollar, how will the proposed legislation address those visitors who have a legitimate medicinal right to travel and consume this form of medication?
