Superstar Rihanna (right in picture at right) was so pleased to see her wax likeness (left) at the Madame Tussauds Museum in Washington DC yesterday, that she got as close as possible to the figure that captures her looks and unmistakeable attitude.
Clad in a black lace corset, fitted jacket, pants and black silk heels, the lookalike’s threads were modelled after an outfit that Rihanna wore during Paris Fashion Week in October last year.
The Madame Tussauds artists studied numerous videos and photos of the Barbadian beauty, whose No. 1 hits include Rude Boy and the Grammy Award-winning Umbrella. Rihanna herself donated the outfit.
And, until monthend, fans who stop by Madame Tussauds in Washington and mention the word “umbrella” will get a buy-one-get-one-free admission! (RJ)
