WITH reference to an article entitled Death Row Inmates Have Rights Too that appeared in yesterday’s Daily Nation and written by Sylvester Forde (UWI Student), tell him to tell that to the parents, the loved ones, the families and friends of the now deceased, who perished at the hands of criminals on Friday night.
