Police investigators ride in a boat towards a navy oceanographic research vessel, at back, in Playa Valdez, off Margarita island in Venezuela. A military helicopter crashed into the bow of the vessel and plunged into the sea, killing two people and injuring five, according to Venezuela’s Interior Minister Tareck El Aissami.
