Hilton Barbados general manager Matthew Mullan has promised to continue to build on the hotel’s success and ensure that it remains in the forefront. He made the comments recently when he hosted a cocktail reception marking the fifth anniversary of the hotel’s reopening.
Mullan addressed representatives from Government, the diplomatic corps, Needham’s Point Holdings Limited, local and international business clients, suppliers, Hilton team members, friends and past staff of the hotel at the informal function.
“Hilton Barbados is an integral part of the business and social communities of Barbados and the people of Barbados view this hotel as their own,” Mullan said.
He praised his team, who he said had “delivered an outstanding performance, ensuring the business has a reputation for offering a warm welcome, quality services and products, while demonstrating that we can deliver an experience which matches or exceeds anything that is available in any destination in the world”.
The Hilton general manager also thanked the Barbados Government and board of Needham’s Point Holdings Limited for “their foresight and wisdom in building what are truly world-class standard hotel facilities”.
