Bugs on the waterline

WE ARE INFESTED WITH MOSQUITOES, and many of those people storing huge quantities of water are not necessarily taking care.

The requirement for residences of over 1 500 square feet that their tanks hold 6 000 gallons of water is absurd.

Certainly not all those homeowners who install the system are going to bother about them and the mosquito.

Water management and the Town Planning Department need to take a practical look at this excessive and wasteful conditionality.
