I, LIKE A LOT OF BARBADIANS, cannot afford Multi-Choice; so I have to watch CBC-TV.
And over the past five months I have had to endure over and over, and over again CBC’s repeat programmes, movies and documentaries.
Has CBC-TV run out of money to buy new programmes? Is CBCT-V trying to save the Government money?
One good thing the CBC repeats have done for my family, friends and me is that, by only turning on the TV for the news now, we are able to spend much more time talking to each other and playing board games.
When you have to work Monday to Friday, you expect to turn on your TV at the end of the week and see a fresh movie or comedy.
This failing of CBC is a talking point in the barber shop, the regular shop and the workplace. How much longer must TV viewers be denied?
