Poised is her outward presentation, but like her namesake in the musical Chicago, Roxy Bryan is no shrinking violet. She is focused, determined and always ready for whatever challenge life throws her way.
The petite teen is currently pursuing her first degree in sociology and English literature. Roxy has her sights set on becoming a child psychologist.
“I have always loved working with kids. I used to work at a daycare – a job I loved – and I really want to be able to stay close to kids and help them,” she said.
With that in mind, Roxy hopes to attend the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus next September to study psychology so that she can fulfil her dream.
Cool, calm and collected
