They don’t know they are blocking their own progress.Q: What is your guiding philosophy?A: Treat people how you want to feel.Q: If you had the chance to manage Barbados for a day what would you do?A: Approve a budget to enhance the physical quality of our primary schools and institute a policy that “financial management” becomes a compulsory subject at the secondary school level.
