IT WAS ALL about singing and playing of instruments and judging at the Frank Collymore Hall last night when the National Independence Festival of Creative Arts, James Millington Showcase took place. The competition was fair but fierce as over 20 groups put their best foot forward to fight for the chance to win the James Millington Award. “The James Millington award in music is presented to the individual or group capable of a live performance that is flawless in its execution, unmatched for melody-and unmatched in its ability to make our spirits soar at the magic of music.” (AH)
