Sinckler arrives at Parliament

At 3:54 this evening the man of the moment Minister of Finance Chris Sinckler arrived at Parliament to deliver his first Budget to the nation.
Sinckler, accompanied by his wife Arlene, was greeted by a small group of students from The Garrison Secondary School, his alma mater. Principal of the school Matthew Farley was also present.
Other parliamentarians also filed into the House of Assembly for the Budget speech which started at 4 p.m.
