SOCIAL SCENE: Who-bilation

WHO would have thought? A veritable who’s who of Barbadian society filled the St Winifred’s school hall last Friday night for the gala opening of The Grinch pantomime.
On stage were His Greeness and the who’s-who of Whoville – including the unforgettable Cindy Lou – all decked out for a Who-bilation.
The partying spilled into the audience at intermission when guests munched on delectable hors d-ourves and sipped wine and other beverages, compliments a charitable sponsor.
Seen mingling with other guests and cast members were Mr Arthur Bethel, retired chairman of Sagicor, Mrs Grace Goddard, wife of Mr Joseph Goddard, CEO of Goddard Enterprises Ltd, Dr Juliette Skinner of the Barbados Fertility Centre, and Brenda Chadderton of Columbian Emeralds.
