Trisha Tannis (right), managing director of Courts Barbados, wearing an arm brace to demonstrate her empathy with Gladwyn Rock, a member of the local disabled community, at the Enter My World luncheon which was put on by the Barbados National Organisation of the Disabled at Hilton Barbados on Friday for businesspeople on United Nations International Day of Persons With Disabilities.
The event was designed to help business leaders better understand some of the challenges of disabled persons as they tried to integrate into mainstream education, work and community life.
