Meet Carlos Brathwaite.
He is the lone newcomer in the Barbados cricket team for the 2011 Caribbean Twenty20 tournament next month.
The tall all-rounder has been rewarded with a maiden call-up for national duty after consistent performances in the ongoing LIME Division 1 competition this season.
Since the announcement of the team on Monday for the January 10-23 tournament in Antigua and Barbados, Brathwaite has joined his teammates in training during the past few days.
Here, he defends solidly in the nets at Kensington Oval on Thursday. (HG)
