The grave of former Prime Minister David Thompson continues to attract locals and tourists.
A number of visitors to the churchyard of the St John Parish Church today, placed flowers on the grave to mark the Christmas Day birthday of the late political leader.
There were also messages and greetings. One note attached to some long-stemmed flowers said simply: “Happy birthday. Merry Christmas.”
Another said: “David Thompson, I really miss you.” (TY)
