Fireworks exploded above Singapore’s financial district at the stroke of midnight to mark the New Year’s celebrations earlier today.
Due to the varying time zones, countries like India,Taiwan, Australia and Malaysia were enjoying festivities, while some of us were living the last hours of 2010.
Thousands came together to countdown to 2011 as the skies lit up at the stroke of midnight. Music, costumes and fireworks display ushered in the New Year around the world. (AP)
