A multi million dollar residential seaside project is to go up right next door to the Four Seasons tourist development.
The land was recently cleared and billboards erected by the roadside, in the area of the public access to the Batts Rock Beach, announcing an “exceptional investment opportunity” which could see upwards of US$50 million being pumped in.
