Over 200 schoolchildren will benefit from the 5th annual Cruise to Run Caribbean, Barbados leg which was staged this morning at Spring Garden.
All of the visitors from the Caribbean Princess who took part in the race donated their new shoes to be distributed to schoolchildren in Barbados.
Students of the St. Leonard’s Boys’, Princess Margaret and the Garrison Secondary who took part in the event will be chosen as the first recipients of the shoes. (KB)
