Minister of the Environment, Drainage and Water Resources Dr Denis Lowe is out of hospital.
In a press release today, family spokesperson Tracy Highland said Lowe was released from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday.
She said the minister continues to make “an excellent recovery” and looks forward to returning to work.
Lowe is also quoted in the statement.
He said: “I am feeling great. It should take a couple of weeks for me to rest and get prepared to return to work”.
“I would once again like to express my deepest appreciation to my constituents, well wishers and the staff and doctors at the QEH for the support they provided during my time in hospital,” he added. (CM)
