IT WAS A day for love and romance, and Joelle and Patrick Waithe took advantage and tied the knot yesterday morning. Why did this couple decide to marry on the day which has been marked as the day of love?
According to Joelle, the wedding coincided with Valentine’s Day because it was the day of “love” and it was not “the day everybody seemed to get married – Saturday”.
Just before she rushed off to her honeymoon at a south coast hotel, Joelle told the DAILY NATION the “quiet” wedding, held at the Ruby Nazarene Church in St Philip, was attended by “small” gathering and that the theme colour was not red.
