Victoria House celebrated only their second title ever at St Michael School’s Inter-House Track and Field Championships today with an emphatic win of 1053.5 points.
Boadicea were second with 791.5, followed by defending champions Anne (787.5) and Elizabeth with 700.5 points.
Victoria also had the most outstanding male athlete in Levi Cadogan who won the Under-17 boys’ 100, 200 and 400 metres, while Holly-Ann Hunte of Elizabeth was the most outstanding female athlete with wins in the high jump, shot put, discus and the javelin.
Hunte set the only record of the meet in the Under-15 girls’ javelin and was also the junior victrix ludorum, coming out of the Under-15 division.
Alana Walcott of Elizabeth was the senior victrix ludorum and Bodicea’s Jesse Haynes the senior victor ludorum.
