It is Carnival Tuesday in Trinidad and the streets of Port of Spain are buzzing with thousands of colourfully, and scantily clad revelers making their way past the various judging points from early this morning.
The day is humid, but the overcast conditions are providing some relief for those dressed in full garb, and the beads and feathers group are even cooler.
So far, Machel seems to have the Advantage at the judging points, but Kes’
Wotless, Come to Meh by Iwer and Cassi’s Town Ting are some of the other popular songs masquerades and onlookers are wining and chipping to along the route.
