Q: Are you where you’ve always wanted to be?
A: I’ve always wanted to do something I thoroughly enjoy and for now I am. Tomorrow may bring additional opportunities and I am very open to that.

Q: What is your biggest professional challenge?
A: Keeping abreast of the rapidly evolving developments in my field of Web, design and social media. There’s always a new app to test, new network to delve into and new technologies to master.

Q: What is your biggest life challenge?
A: I haven’t had any. I strongly believe in balance in all things and this mindset has assisted me in dealing with the hiccups along the way. I have been pretty fortunate thus far.

Q: When you look to the future, what do you see?
A: A Barbados where the tenets of entrepreneurship are understood, embraced and facilitated by Government agencies and banking institutions. A strong and successful entrepreneurial class.

Q: What is your favourite pastime?
A: Limes with my girlfriends; they help to keep everything in perspective.

Q: What is your favourite meal?
A: There are way too many to mention. I will eat almost anything but I love Sushi and generally anything Asian.

Q: On Saturday nights where are you likely to be?
A: Date night with the hubby; movie, drinks and/or dinner. We are in similar fields, so it’s a bit of work and lots of fun.

Q: What upsets you the most?
A: Mediocrity – persons settling and not striving to grow and improve.

Q: What is your guiding philosophy?
A: Always give 210 per cent.

Q: If you had the chance to manage Barbados for a day, what would you do?
A: Ensure that all businesses, notwithstanding size, have access to quality high-speed broadband. Bandwidth is directly proportionate to productivity and allows one to harness a plethora of modern tools and technologies which can be used to optimally operate and promote one’s business; for example, the use of social media tools like Facebook and Twitter, mobile technology and cloud-storage technologies.
