The Silvertones of Barbados executed a Super Gospel Concert that ignited the Collymore Rock Church of the Nazarene last Saturday evening.
And those who attended the fund-raising concert could not have asked for better show as they enjoyed dynamic performances from local gospel artist and choirs.
Performers hit the stage one after the other entertaining the young and the old in the audience, creating an atmosphere which encouraged many to raise their hands to the sky as they tuned in with their saviour.
But when the headlining group of the event hit the stage and started rolling out some of their popular original hits, the show was all over as members of the audience hit the floor dancing and singing along to songs such as Somebody Loves Me, Trading My Sorrows, Somebody Pray For Me, Sweet Salvation, My Redeemer Lives and Soca Medley.
Some of the performers included Levitical Singers, Mount Olive Choir, Endless Praise Choir, Family Church Dance Ministry, Collymore Rock Nazarene Church Choir, Rickey Broomes, Ricky Niles, Ria Maynard and Julie Bishop.
