PRIME?Minister Freundel Stuart’s national presentation last night will have no bearing whatsoever in making the Government more effective in a time of crisis.
That’s the view of Opposition Leader Owen Arthur of Prime Minister’s Stuart 20-minute broadcast on state-run CBC.
Arthur gave it the thumbs down and said it was nothing more than a trifling “piece of tinkering” that embellishes Stuart’s reputation as a tinkerer.
“Nothing ventured. Nothing gained. Rather than get involved in this exercise of tinkering, Stuart will do well to let us go and let the people decide their future.” (MK)
