Hold on, Holder!

Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves wants LIAT board of directors chairman Dr Jean Holder to put a hold on his resignation.
And both Gonsalves, chairman of the LIAT board of shareholders, and Holder have been awaiting the return home from an official visit to the People’s Republic of China by Prime Minister Freundel Stuart to whom Holder’s resignation letter was submitted. The Prime Minister returned on Saturday.
Holder, who tendered his resignation as chairman of the 55-year-old LIAT, was originally nominated to the LIAT board of directors by Barbados, one of the three current shareholders of the regional airline.
The two other shareholders are Antigua and Barbuda and St Vincent and the Grenadines.
