RUTH SANDIFORD is a woman without a home – for herself and her ten-year-old daughter.
In an interview at the SUNDAY?SUN yesterday, she explained how she came to be in her current position.
“We used to live in Upper Bank Hall Cross Road, St Michael, with my daughter’s father; he died and the landlord put us out,” she said.
Sandiford said she could no longer afford the rent as she does not have a steady job and now ekes out a living on the streets making trinkets and snacks to sell. (CA)
