Beaten, bruised at QEH

Ryan Proverbs bears both physical and mental wounds after an incident in which he says he was badly beaten by security at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Since that day almost a month ago (June 24), he says, he has been having trouble sleeping, and lives in constant pain.
But he is not taking it lying down; he plans to press charges and take the hospital to court.
Proverbs says the reason he “took so long to come forward” was at the advice of his lawyer. Now he has the green light, he wanted all to see what happened to him.
