More male AIDS deaths

TWENTY-THREE?MEN perished in Barbados last year to the deadly AIDS?virus.
 Official statistics from the Ministry of Health released on the state-run CBC?TV-8 last night revealed that men accounted for 63.9 per cent of the mortality rate last year.
There were 36 deaths last year to AIDS with women accounting for 13 of them.
In 2009, there were 35 deaths – 20 of them being men and 15, women. (MK)
