APPROXIMATELY?$300 000 in building materials required to renovate the Oistins Public Library have vanished, and the disappearance has forced Minister of Family, Culture, Sports and Youth Stephen Lashley to order a full-scale investigation.
Lashley told the DAILY?NATION that Permanent Secretary Shirley Farnum would head the probe into the alleged financial infelicities.

Lashley said the investigation could expand into a forensic audit of the library department. (MK)
