Change through prayer

Christian men were summoned to lead the charge of bringing about transformation in the nation on a day when thousands of Barbadians and visitors would have been focused on Kadooment celebrations.
That clarion call was made by Reverend Paul Watson in a passionate address to over 175 men at the 10th Annual Kadooment Day Men’s Conference held at the People’s Cathedral on Bishop’s Court Hill, St Michael.  
Speaking on the topic Transforming Men: Mobilizing Men Of Barbados for Jesus Christ, the spiritual leader from Messiah’s House in St John, asked the men to first bring about change in themselves.
With the founder of People’s Cathedral, Reverend Holmes Williams, and Pastor Andre Symmonds in the responsive congregation, Watson stressed that men in Barbados needed to be more than physical providers for their children. “We must give constant praise to our children and we need to leave a spiritual heritage so that God’s blessings will flow to our children and our grandchildren.”
