Manhunt still on for killers

Police are still hunting for the killers in Tuesday night’s double murder, in which 79-year-old Arthur “Fred” Chaderton and his son-in-law Austrian-born Gerhart Metamara Stock, 44 were gunned down at Salters, St George.
Assistant Commissioner of Police in charge of crime Seymour Cumberbatch said detectives were working round-the-clock to catch the culprits.
His comments followed reports in another section of the press which indicated police had made a breakthrough in the tragedy and had detained three people.
Both Attorney-General Adriel Brathwaite and Commissioner of Police Darwin Dottin have appealed to the public for their assistance in solving the crime. (TS)
