The Straughn/Bayne family are back in Barbados again.
In a sort of reverse “Bajan invasion” the family are in from the United States and England to meet up with local counterparts and celebrate familial togetherness.
Jackie Melville said the reunion was a triennial affair and involved various activities such as a gala at Sunbury Great House in St Philip, but the beach was a favourite.
Enterprise Beach, popularly known as Miami Beach, “is the spot we pick every time,” she said.
Here, T’Lyssa Connell and her daughter Jaunaye are under assault by enthusiastic young members of her family.
