Support Walk For Peace, urges family

The family of the two men shot and killed in St George on August 2 has organised a Walk For Peace in Bridgetown on Saturday.
Tessa Chaderton-Shaw, niece of Arthur Frederick Chaderton, 79, who was gunned down along with his son-in-law Gerhart Stock of Austria, said the family was prepared to take a stand and speak out against rising crime and violence.
Chaderton-Shaw told the DAILY NATION that the walk would start at Jubilee Gardens at 11 a.m. and climax at the National Heroes Square around noon.
She said it was not the first time the family had been visited by crime, but the assault by masked gunmen was the most atrocious.
