That is the response from head of the Barbados Investors and Policyholders Alliance Inc. (BIPA), June Fowler, who is not head over heels by Minister of Finance Chris Sinckler’s declaration that a resolution to their issue could be coming very soon.
During his wrap-up of the 2011 Budget in the House of Assembly on Thursday night, Sinckler said a “firm proposal” was being put on the table for Government.
For the members of BIPA it is just a case of déjà vu. (YB)
