TWO WEEKS?AGO, the SUNDAY?SUN carried the heart-rending story of a woman who had submitted that she was diagnosed as having a debilitating illness, and was in so much physical pain that she could barely stand on her own two feet for more than two minutes.
The woman, who gave her name then as Laura Raphael, also reported that she was in deep financial distress. And in making a US$20 000 appeal, stated she had only had a “few cents in her pocket” and had been forced to rely on Meals On Wheels and other Government handouts to get by.
However, the SUNDAY?SUN?has been forced to revisit the story after receiving several calls and downloading and viewing several YouTube video posts of Raphael, who goes by the sobriquet Cynthia Jules on the social media network, where she is an active participant.
The suggestive videos number well over 50, with the latest one posted on September 5. They show Raphael, dressed mostly in lingerie, performing for the cameras and showing no signs of physical discomfort. (AH)
