Police public relations officer Inspector David Welch, in a release this morning, said members of the Drug Squad yesterday executed a search warrant at the residence of  Ryan Andre Hayde, 29, of Cliff Cottage, St John, where a small quantity of loose cannabis was seized. In addition, police also secured 115 cannabis plants under cultivation in a bushy area.
He was charged with illegal possession of cannabis, intent to supply, trafficking and cultivation.
