Rain ruins second day

CHITTAGONG– An impaired outfield resulting from heavy overnight rain forced the abandonment of the second day’s play in the opening Test between Bangladesh and West Indies earlier today.
Not a ball was possible at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium after umpires Kumar Dharmasena and Nigel Llong made one inspection and determined that conditions were not fit for play. (CMC)
