Barbados Fashion Week may have been delayed a bit by some chilly intermittent showers, but what came after was hot, hot, hot!
Friday night’s launch saw six designers – Andrew Harris, Alexis Campbell, Kesia Estwick, Cassandra Mottley, Christina Goddard and Janelle Forde – as well as Praxis Barbados showcasing their best for the season at the Marriott Courtyard in Hastings, Christ Church.
Patrons also got a peek at the designs of the two finalists in the wearable art competition.
Here, Rykii De Jude (left), one of the two finalists, showing off his creation, which is entirely from newspaper. Kesia Estwick is the other finalist.
