The Barbados Association of Medical Practitioners (BAMP) has called an emergency meeting for tomorrow at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
BAMP’s president Dr Carlos Chase said the hospital’s management is yet to respond to proposals on a number of issues raised by doctors. As a result, Chase said a meeting will be held to update members.
However, Chief Executive Officer of the QEH Dexter James informed that they will soon be responding to the doctors. He said they had to review the proposal in order to respond comprehensively. (CM)
