Cannabis plants, concealed in a canefield, were seized yesterday.
They were found after a joint operation led by the members of the Drug Squad and supported by members of the Special Services Unit, and the Barbados Defence Force, which was conducted at Colleton, St John.
A release from the Police this evening stated that 473 cannabis plants were seized, the tallest being approximately nine feet.
No arrests have been made. (CM/PR)
