The eighth edition of the Sizzlin’ Sands Sunsplash volleyball edition maintained a blaze on Brandons beach yesterday with the higher ranked teams jostling for spots in today’s finals and the biggest cut of the first prize of BDS$16 000.
The food, music and hot bodies in alluring outfits all added the spice which preview another big success for volleyball when the last point is scored and the DJs take over this evening.
However, some of the acrobatics on the court such as this flying dig from former Barbados captain Anthazia Mason showed that, in addition to having fashioned a reputation as a ripping attacker, the former two times Caribbean MVP can also play great ‘D’.
