Next week, as Barbados holds its annual Remembrance Day Parade, the nation will honour its soldiers who fought and gave their lives in various wars.
Yesterday photographer Nigel Browne was present as those uniformed groups which will be participating in the parade held a grand rehearsal in Heroes’ Square to ensure that all will go smoothly for the event.
Acting Governor General Elliott Belgrave, Prime Minister Freundel Stuart, Leader of the Opposition Owen Arthur, members of the diplomatic corps, veterans and other dignitaries will attend the parade.
