IT’S A DEFINITE NO!
A new report coming out of the National Insurance Scheme (NIS) strongly suggests that the Tony Marshall-led board should go no further with the $50 million investment proposal put forward by the developers of the Four Seasons project.
The report, prepared by investment analysts, is slated to go before the investment committee of the NIS on Wednesday for ratification, ahead of the November 28 meeting of the full board of the social security scheme.
After reviewing the proposal put forward by Avinash Persaud and the rest of the Four Seasons team, analysts are yet to be convinced of the soundness of the required investment. (KJ)
