Ten hurt in smash-up

TEN PEOPLE were injured in a three-vehicle smash-up today on the Station Hill Main Road, St Michael.
The accident occurred around 4:45 p.m. and involved a ZR van, a septic truck and a car. The vehicle and the guard wall of a home were damaged.
Three ambulances, including one which had been heading to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH), responded to the call for help.
One person was taken to the Accident & Emergency Department of the QEH; the other injured people were transported to the Winston Scott Polyclinic. (AH)
